FANTASTIC

Lovely penthouse in a perfect location (close to bus stops, shops, promenade, and restaurants). Clean and with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

Nice app and great location

The apartment was excellent – comfortable, and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Everything we asked for was quickly taken care of and provided. The host was very accommodating and always available. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malta!

Beautiful location with incompetent host

The location was good with direct access to promenade and many other key spots around - restaurants, shops, gym etc

The condition of the apartment was horrifying upon our arrival - dirty bed linen, smelly, sticky floor. Besides that the elevator was not working till our floor. All luggage had to be carried over a narrow sharp staircase, one floor which unfortunately didn’t make it easier. This was immediately reported to the host and sadly it took around 48 to fix it. Within that time frame elevator would have been completely switched off at times without prior notice. As an example we went grocery (6 x2L bottles of water etc) to arrive back to the property and discover elevator was off. No coordination effort to smoothen the experience. Other issues were addresses the next day - cleaner came the next day after report to clean the floors etc which we appreciated, but should not have been needed in the first place. Further to that the ACs have become a problem. Living room and sadly bedroom. The latter started leaking damaging our personal belongings and hardly controlling the temperature, important disclaimer - it’s summer in Malta. 5PM report of this was addressed next day only. Sadly after the technician left fixing the AC it continued to fail throwing ice cubes at us in bed and again not controlling the temperature and making horrible noise. Was again addressed the next day only, after we pushed the host (initially they accepts it could only be the day after). After the whole experience I reasonably asked for a partial refund, in response to what the host stated all this was planned by us and no compensation can be issued. They kept on pointing out on the fact that issues were solved, completely disregarding the damage continuously done during 4+ days of the stay. Not only disrespectful, but also sadly dismissive. Never faced a customer experience like this and hopefully never will again, but also making sure to report to MTA to ensure no one else faces this.
