Wspaniała lokalizacja, niesamowity widok, bardzo duży pokój, przepyszne śniadanie, bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa, dobre jedzenie serwowane w restauracji na dole.

Amazing location, super nice clean room with a lot of wood stuff in it. Comfortable bed and very nice view and the balcony, where you can seat. We were very happy about the restaurant, where you can eat even in the afternoon. The tiramisu is amazing, we cannot forget it. The stuff is friendly even though we only could speak English. We want to say special thanks to Misha, who was very welcoming and friendly! Cannot say enough about the surroundings - it’s so worth visiting this place! We would love to come back soon.

First and foremost, the location is absolutely exceptional. You simply cannot fault the natural beauty surrounding this hotel. The lake is magnificent, and the mountains provide a breathtaking backdrop. The hotel is situated in what we believe is a truly perfect destination, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. The hotel is the only one on this beautiful lake and we haven’t stayed in a more beautiful place before.
The hotel itself is also very quaint, charming and pleasant, and there is a lovely atmosphere about the property. We ate twice at the restaurant and had pizza and both times it was really good.

A beautiful location, but an important area for hotel guests is missing.
The restaurant area overlooking the beautiful lake and mountains is undoubtedly one of the best features of the property. Unfortunately, hotel guests cannot simply sit and enjoy this area unless they purchase food or beverages from the restaurant. From a certain time in the afternoon, which is when many hotel guests come back from being out, the restaurant/bar area opens. And although a main part of the hotel, staff instructed us is a separate entity. Which is very stupid, as the hotel is in a secluded area and you would want to be able to sit and enjoy without being obliged to order something. Especially if you have allergies and can’t eat everything or simply want different food, you are not allowed to sitting there.
We understand that the restaurant may operate separately from the hotel, and we completely respect that. However, as paying hotel guests, we feel there should be a dedicated outdoor seating area for hotel guests where they can sit, relax and enjoy the magnificent surroundings without being required to purchase something from the restaurant every time.
This is particularly disappointing because the location itself is the hotel’s greatest asset. Guests come here to relax, enjoy nature and appreciate the extraordinary scenery. It seems unfortunate that hotel guests have not been provided with a dedicated space to do exactly that.
In all my travels around the world I have never seen this in a hotel and it’s not that they lack space. There is plenty of space for a designated area for the hotel guest.where they bring their own food and drinks. instead of being obligated to purchase food and drinks from the restaurant at inflated prices every time you just want to sit down.

Oh my goodness such a beautiful location right on the lake. We had a beautiful lake view room. The restaurant is lovely. We sat outside each night for dinner to enjoy as much time as possible looking at the beautiful like view. The breakfasts were great. The staff was wonderful.
