Nice apartment for staying if you not fussy about the area

Flat was nice and clean enough towels and other facilities.

The area.

It was decent. Great location.

The flight was late, we could’t reach the contact person upon arrival and entered the house by following people who lived there.

Once in the house, instructions we received worked.

Dirty, inaccurate details, didn't stay the night.

The location was what attracted me to the property. It is in the center of the Old Town and there is alot to discover in the area.

When we arrived the gas stove had been left on and the entire apartment smelled like gas. From there the issues continued to mount culminating in us finding other accommodations and leaving around 11pm at night. We were travelling as a group of 5, me and my wife, my two teen sons, and my 70 year old mother in law. We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment that stated it came with 3 rooms and 4 beds including a sofabed. When we arrived there were 3 bedrooms but only 3 beds. I looked at the sofa in the living room thinking maybe it was a sofa bed, it was not, but it was absolutely filthy with stains and spots all over it, in fact no one even wanted to sit on it, let alone sleep on it. In contacting the host they said they only put out another bed for 6 people. That was not stated in the listing at all. When I explained that the boys were not interested in sleeping with their Nonna, she said someone would come tomorrow to solve the issue. She never acknowledged the gas issue. Then since it was 90 degrees I went to take a shower only to discover within a couple minutes that it doesn't drain as it overflowed the shower and spilt all over the bathroom tiles. I stopped the shower and cleaned it up when I noticed the main bathroom light also was inoperable. I had concerns for my 70 yewar old mother in law slipping on wet tile. We managed to figure out sleeping arrangements but no one could cool down as the place said that each room had an AC and that was partially true - 2 bedrooms had portable ac units that were sort of functioning, the 3rd bedroom did not have an ac and needed to use the one in the living room. They were not blowing out much air and I looked at the filters and they appeared to be clogged and never cleaned. Removing them seemed to help with the AC. I would say that the listing is inaccurate at best, and the host while somewhat responsive didn't seem to want to make comfort a priority.

Differenza fra ciò che ho prenotato e quello che ho trovato. Perfino l’indirizzo o cambiato la mattina dell’arrivo! Accesso all camera con spiegazioni molto carenti! Never again!
