Live like in the days of the Kaiser—you can do just that in the vacation apartments at Villa Kramme. A stylish atmosphere combined with plenty of space, all in the heart of Heringsdorf. The beach, over 40 km long and covered in the finest sand, is just a stone’s throw away. Enjoy the refreshing water, the seemingly endless view of the Baltic Sea, and the charming town of Heringsdorf with all its cafés and opportunities for a leisurely stroll. The seaside resort of Heringsdorf is one of three imperial spas on the island of Usedom. The well-preserved and well-maintained historic town center, with its Art Nouveau villas—most of which have been extensively renovated—exudes a wonderful charm. Villa Kramme is located in the center of this beautiful town, so there are no long walks. The beach, the pier, restaurants, and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping is also available in the immediate vicinity. The stores are also open on Sundays.
This 80 m² 2.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers plenty of space for 2–4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The large, bright living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a dining area. A flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system with a CD player are, of course, included. From the living room, you can access the light-filled, enclosed loggia (windows can be opened), which faces the Baltic Sea. The flooring here evokes a sense of the good old days. Make yourself comfortable here with a good book or a glass of wine. Alternatively, the comfortable sleeper sofa with a 160 x 200 mattress serves as a sleeping area for two people. The loggia can be darkened with blackout curtains. The open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room and comes with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The spacious, quiet, and modernly furnished bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located at the back of the house and features a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a large closet. Enjoy the lavishly tiled and spacious bathroom with plenty of natural light, featuring a bathtub, sink/toilet, and washing machine. In addition, the vacation rental features a guest bathroom with a shower and sink/toilet.
A free parking space is assigned to the apartment. It is located in the Heringsdorf parking garage “Am Zentrum,” about an 8-minute walk away. A loading and unloading area is located right next to the building.
We’ll be happy to deliver firewood to your apartment. For this service, we charge 6.00 euros plus the cost of the firewood, which is 8.00 euros per bag (approx. 15 kg).
