About this apartment rental
Built around the turn of the century, the richly ornamented and stately buildings along the Baltic Sea coast now constitute the world’s largest contiguous collection of preserved seaside resort architecture. The “Chrissi” seaside villa is also one such dream come true, crafted from stone, wood, and glass. With its columns, balconies, balustrades, and numerous delicate decorative elements, it resembles a work of art. Step inside and enjoy the charm of bygone eras, which is still very much alive today.
You can access Apartment 1 via its own separate entrance to the left of the main entrance. You enter the apartment through the loggia, which is furnished with a small seating area and a coat rack. This spacious 2-room apartment, measuring 64 square meters, is located on the first floor and offers ample space for 3–4 people to enjoy a comfortable vacation on the Baltic Sea. The living room features a cozy corner couch (sleeping area 140 x 200) with a flat-screen TV, as well as a separate dining area. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an oven with a built-in microwave. The bright bedroom, which faces the garden, is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200, with a full-length topper), a wardrobe, and an additional TV. The sunny south-facing balcony, which also overlooks the garden, is perfect for relaxing and can be accessed from the bedroom. In the spacious bathroom with a window, guests have access to a shower and a sink/toilet.
A parking space is available on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment.
