Located on the shores of the idyllic Schloonsee, not far from the town center and the beach, you’ll find this quiet residential complex. The townhouses are newly built and border directly on the old Seepark Bansin vacation apartment complex. A shopping center, several bistros, a hair salon, and much more are all nearby. A short walk takes you to downtown, the beach, and the Bansin pier.
This wonderfully sunny maisonette apartment, with its 78 square meters of space, offers 2–4 people every comfort for a relaxing vacation. The lower level features a spacious, bright living area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, as well as a TV and radio. The dining area for 4 people is situated in front of the southeast-facing windows. From here, guests also have access to the quiet balcony, which overlooks greenery and promises relaxing hours in the sun. Also open to the living area is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and more. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet and is also located on the lower level. A comfortable staircase from the hallway leads to the penthouse on the upper level, which serves as a living/sleeping area and offers panoramic views. A small seating area with a second TV invites you to relax or unwind. The bright, beautiful room is ideal for reading. Another double bed is available for guests to sleep in. A parking space and a bike shed are located right outside the front door.
