Built around the turn of the century, the richly ornamented and stately buildings along the Baltic Sea coast now form the world’s largest contiguous ensemble of preserved seaside resort architecture. The “Chrissi” seaside villa is also a dream come true, crafted from stone, wood, and glass. With its columns, balconies, balustrades, and many delicate decorative elements, it resembles a work of art. Step inside and enjoy the charm of bygone eras, which is still very much alive today.
This lovingly and modernly furnished 52-square-meter two-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers plenty of space for 2–4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea. The bright living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 160 x 200), a TV, an electric fireplace, and a separate dining area. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker and Nespresso machine. The kitchen opens onto a small balcony facing the sea. From here, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view down Bismarckstraße—a traffic-calmed street—all the way to the promenade and the Baltic Sea. You can also enjoy this beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. The bedroom features a box-spring bed with separate mattresses (with a continuous topper measuring 180 x 200) and plenty of space in the closet. The entire living area is finished with solid wood flooring. In addition, guests have access to a shower room with a sink and toilet, as well as a private sauna.
One parking space is located on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment.
