"Villa Caprivi" captivates with its quiet and exclusive location right on the promenade. Just 50 meters away, you’ll find the beach access right in front of the property, where you can gaze out across the Baltic Sea.
From the property, it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center, or the popular “Chapeau Rouge” theater. Restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade, both toward Heringsdorf and toward Ahlbeck.
A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee on the first floor (utility room). You can store your own or rented bicycles in a covered storage area on the property.
Each apartment has one designated parking space on the property, marked with the corresponding apartment number.
