About this apartment rental
Named after the father of the gods in Norse mythology, the lovingly and elaborately decorated “Haus Odin” welcomes you in a quiet and exclusive location right on the promenade. Just 50 meters away, you’ll find the beach access right in front of the property, where you can gaze out across the Baltic Sea.
From the property, it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center, or the popular “Chapeau Rouge” theater. Restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade, both toward Heringsdorf and toward Ahlbeck.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (side entrance). You can store your own or rented bicycles safely on the property in a lockable bike shed.
Each apartment has one designated parking space on the property, marked with the corresponding apartment number.
This cozy 75-square-meter 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for 4–5 people. The spacious living room with hardwood floors features a couch with a coffee table, a small seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a radio. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious, bright, enclosed loggia (windows can be opened) facing west with a partial view of the lake, where meals can be enjoyed. Two lounge chairs and the magnificent view invite you to linger on the loggia at any time of day. From here, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade and catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The separate kitchen features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, etc., as well as a small dining area. Also accessible from the living room are the two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The modern bathroom with a window features a shower with a real glass partition, as well as a sink and toilet. A washer and dryer are located in the house, and there is a parking space on the property.
