An exclusive vacation experience in a dreamlike setting awaits you at the modern apartment complex “Villa Marfa.” The high-quality, well-appointed apartments offer attractive and cozy comfort that will make your stay unforgettable. The villa is located in a park-like setting with separate access to the beach promenade. Thanks to its slightly secluded location, you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and quiet.
From here, you can reach the lively town centers of Heringsdorf and Bansin, as well as the piers of both imperial spas, in about a 15-minute walk. Standing on the promenade with the villa behind you, walk to the right for about 5 minutes to reach the Pinguin ice cream parlor and the Seebär beach snack bar. From there, follow Strandstraße toward the town center to stop at other restaurants and bistros. You can take picturesque walks along the idyllic Schloonsee by walking from Maxim-Gorki-Straße in front of the house for about 5 minutes toward Bansin.
Suitable for people with mobility impairments: An elevator takes you comfortably from the first floor directly to your apartment level.
To round out your vacation experience, you can warm up and relax in the communal sauna at “Villa Darja” (on the property, for a fee).
You can store your own or rented bicycles safely in a bicycle storage room. In addition, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee.
Each apartment has one parking space available on the property.
This exclusive, bright vacation apartment, measuring 74 m², is located on the 2nd floor and delights its guests with a beautiful lake view. Individually and warmly furnished, the apartment features a large living room with a cozy, spacious seating area complete with a recliner and flat-screen TV. The 10 m² covered balcony, overlooking the promenade, the dunes, and the Baltic Sea, is a wonderful place to relax. A large dining table visually separates the living area from the kitchen and offers ample space for four people. The adjacent, separate kitchen—equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.—is not separated from the living and dining areas by a door. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (180 x 200) and a large closet, and also features a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, while the second bathroom—accessible from the hallway—has a shower, and both are equipped with a sink and toilet. For two additional guests, a fold-down bed with separate mattresses (160 x 200) is available in the rear living area.
A parking space is available for you on the enclosed property. A storage room for bicycles and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are available in the basement (coin-operated). In the neighboring house, “Villa Darja,” you’ll find the wellness facilities, including a sauna (coin-operated).
