Located on the first floor of the villa, facing the spacious courtyard adorned with a charming well, our “Appartamento del Pozzo” features a living room with access to a private inner terrace, where you can relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy your meals, a bedroom with a window, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, pots, glasses, plates, and silverware. Bedding, towels, and kitchen linens are included. A relaxing oasis surrounded by greenery right in the heart of Ischia Porto.
Its location is ideal for walking to all the points of interest in the municipality of Ischia, including the historic center of Ischia Ponte, just 800 m away, with its famous Aragonese Castle. Everything is within easy reach: even the beaches are about a 10-minute walk away. The promenade leading to the sea is particularly pleasant, lined with green pine forests and tree-lined avenues, and offering amenities to suit every need. In addition to the beaches of Ischia Porto, the island offers a myriad of beaches throughout all its municipalities, as well as wonderful thermal parks—a must-visit destination for days filled with relaxation, wellness, and enchanting natural views.
All the other municipalities on Ischia are also well connected: some destinations can be reached directly from the Piazza degli Eroi stop, while for others, simply head to the Ischia Porto terminal, where all the island’s bus lines depart. Ticket outlets are scattered everywhere in newsstands, tobacco shops, and bars. By renting a car or a scooter—the entire surrounding area offers parking spaces marked with white and blue lines—or an e-bike, you can also enjoy maximum freedom of movement.
