The staff we’re great in welcoming me, super helpful in suggestions and recommendations! They answer inquiries asap,

The location was great! Just a minute walk, you’ll be in stations. If you’re a party goer, this is the best area to stay!

I wish they have added a cabinet to store clothes and things. And the toilet door should be fixed at least. An added bathroom mat to dry feet would be a good addition.

On the whole very good

Great location

Shower cubicle a bit small and tiles were hanging off the wall needs some tlc

Great value for money but still needs bathroom improvement

The location of the apartment is great - walkable to main tourist attractions. There are many restaurants, pubs, stores, supermarkets and cafes nearby. The price as of November was affordable as well. Very clean and comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. The kitchen was equipped with standard things - very basic, if you want to cook meals. For tea/breakfast/snack - more than enough. Working wi-fi. The apartment was quite spacious (for Budapest standards).

The bathroom needs to be improved a lot. Previous comments suggest that the heater in the bathroom was not fixed - it was also truth for us. We had damp towels throughout whole stay and we could not properly dry them. The air felt damp and stuffy because of that. The shower door was barely moving - it also needs to get fixed. The water after taking a shower was all over the floor. The bathroom is tiny so it was difficult to move inside it.

Mixed Feelings — Great Location but Major Drawbacks

This is a difficult review for me to write. The location is excellent — from here you can easily reach the main attractions. The host is generally reachable and responsive most of the time. The check-in process went smoothly, and the room size is quite good. However, I do not recommend this place. Please read the negative section below for more details.

Unfortunately, the host was not completely honest about the room’s condition, particularly regarding the heating system. The bathroom heater never worked during my stay. It took the host the entire duration of my visit to investigate, only to leave a note at the end saying it could not be fixed. Before my arrival, I specifically asked whether all issues had been resolved, as recent reviews mentioned heating problems. The host assured me that everything had been fixed — but that was clearly not the case. The main heating in the room comes from a multifunctional AC system. The air felt quite stuffy, and if you have a sensitive nose like me, you might want to avoid this place. To warm up the room, I had to set the temperature as high as 30°C. To be fair, this accommodation might be fine in summer. But with outside temperatures between 8–13°C, it was far from comfortable. I was freezing the first night and suffered from allergies during the last few days. I know some of this may be due to my personal condition, and again, I do appreciate that the host replied promptly. Still, the passive-aggressive way of handling the room’s problems was frustrating and disappointing. All in all, there are both pros and cons — but I personally would not stay here again. Enjoy Budapest!
