The apartment itself is very nice. The rooms are spacious which is great for a family trip. The main sites are all walkable although in hindsight it may be easier to get a place closer to the port. There is air conditioning in all of the rooms, a washing machine and the place itself is clean.
The stairs are absolutely horrible and steep. We did not look forward to climbing the stairs after a long day out. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms for one night. The closest metro is listed as five minutes but that does not account for an extremely steep hill (so factor in ten minutes). There is no silverware in the kitchen.
