Unser Aufenthalt

Die Zimmer waren schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war gut. Genauso wie die Parkplätze. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett gewesen.

Das Gemeinschaftsbad wurde nicht täglich gesäubert. Wenn man ein Bad alleine oder mit Bekannten benutzt ist das zwar komplett in Ordnung, aber nicht wenn man es sich mit fremden Personen teilt. Dies kann natürlich jeder anders sehen. Uns war es unangenehm. .

Äußerst enttäuschend. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Dies war eine der unangenehmsten Erfahrungen, die wir in unserer langjährigen Tätigkeit bei der Unterbringung von Mitarbeitern in ganz Deutschland gemacht haben. Die Anzeige auf Booking ist irreführend. Bereits der Titel „Gästehaus mit 3 MiniAppartments“ sowie die veröffentlichten Fotos mit einer deutlich erkennbaren Küche vermitteln klar den Eindruck, dass es sich um Miniapartments mit Kochmöglichkeit handelt. Für unsere dienstlich reisenden Mitarbeiter ist eine Küche jedoch ein entscheidendes Buchungskriterium. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass in der gebuchten Unterkunft keinerlei Küche vorhanden war. Weder Kochen noch eine einfache Selbstverpflegung (z. B. Frühstück) waren möglich. Zusätzlich war es im Zimmer sehr kalt. Die Raumtemperatur war so niedrig, dass die Mitarbeiter gezwungen waren, in ihrer Kleidung zu schlafen. Aufgrund dieser Umstände sahen sich die Mitarbeiter gezwungen, die Unterkunft bereits um 7:00 Uhr morgens nach der ersten Nacht wieder zu verlassen. Der Dialog mit der Gastgeberin war leider nicht konstruktiv. Anstatt eine sachliche Lösung anzubieten (z. B. eine teilweise Rückerstattung für die faktisch nicht genutzte Unterkunft), wurden wir lediglich darauf verwiesen, dass wir die Beschreibung „nicht richtig gelesen“ hätten. Unabhängig davon erzeugen Titel und Bilder objektiv eine andere Erwartungshaltung. Besonders irritierend war, dass wir nach diesem Vorfall dennoch aufgefordert wurden, eine „gute Bewertung“ abzugeben. Zudem wurde unsere ausdrückliche Bitte, eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung auf unsere Firma auszustellen, ebenfalls nicht erfüllt. Seitens der Unterkunft gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Eine weitere Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Objekt ist für uns ausgeschlossen.
