The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lecce Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.



After 9:30 p.m., direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros



Casarano, in the province of Lecce, is one of the towns in the lower Salento region, located in the heart of Apulia. Among the main points of interest are the Church of Casaranello with its Byzantine mosaics, the Baroque Mother Church, and historic palaces such as Palazzo d’Aquino. Just outside the historic center, the Church of the Madonna della Campana offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
