⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get very hot in summer during heatwaves. If you are sensitive to heat and travelling in midsummer, please take this into account.
* The apartment is a duplex: the bedrooms and shower rooms are spread over two levels connected by a staircase. You will need to go up and down between the two levels, which can be difficult for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* The shower rooms on the lower level are small, with very small washbasins. With eight guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 150 m² in the 11th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Faidherbe Chaligny metro station, in a quiet and bright apartment overlooking a courtyard, with three bedrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, as well as sheets and towels for each guest.
