About this house rental
Your holiday home is located in the heart of a small hamlet, 150 meters from the superb sandy beach of La Nartelle, away from traffic. The whole is secure, enclosed by a gate with digicode. Cars will be parked inside. You benefit from a beautiful communal swimming pool (12X6 M) surrounded by vegetation. The atmosphere is that of a small private club. Two villas are available, Tartane and Cassiopée. Of the same quality, offering similar comfort, they are distinguished by the interior organization and decoration. Each room is personalized by its colors. The tones chosen are part of the Mediterranean palette. Each villa has on the first floor two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a living room, separate toilets. Upstairs, a living room and two bedrooms or a bedroom-living room and another bedroom, a bathroom with toilet. On each level a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system are at your disposal. Each level allows a certain independence
The equipment is complete (four-burner ceramic hob, modern refrigerators with freezer compartment, microwave oven, rotisserie oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Crockery, glasses and cutlery are abundant and regularly renewed. Each level benefits from a vacuum cleaner, storage is convenient.
On the first floor, a French window will allow you to access the large terrace, a covered tiled part and a composite wood part, where you will enjoy the joys of the Mediterranean climate around the barbecue - beautiful fixed installation - before a healthy rest on the sun loungers and sunbeds. The villas are well isolated from the neighborhood by a garden for one, a paved courtyard for the other, and walls or greenery. The swimming pool is a few meters away. The Nartelle beach is large and combines public spaces and private beaches, with many restaurants. Most water sports (water skiing, jetskiing etc...) are available there. Let's not forget that tennis courts await you in Sainte Maxime and that the superb golf courses of Sainte Maxime and Beauvallon are located only a few kilometers away!
