I liked the accommodation's location. It was very convenient. Almost in the centre. Although the metro line we mainly used wasn’t operating during our stay, as it’s undergoing repairs until the end of August 2026. So, by and large, we weren’t able to make full use of the metro.
We came to stay for 16 days. During that time, we were unable to change the bed linen, as the owners had not provided any for us. There was also no tumble dryer in the flat for drying washed laundry. We’d come to relax by the sea and needed to do laundry regularly. So we had to hang our washed laundry on chairs and other surfaces wherever we could.

Lovely apartment in a very strategic position. It had all the amenities, it was clean and generally in good shape. The staff was nice and willing to help at all times
The wifi was on the weak side. The owners said it normally works well so maybe it was just bad luck

The bed and the shower were great. The location was close to the Metro.
The apartment was upon first impression clean and pleasant. Then I took off my shoes. Walking around normally I could feel something sticking to my feet. It was a thick opaque layer of dust. The floors had not been cleaned in a long while, if ever. In the room with the clothes drying rack, 2 walls were covered in what appeared to be black mold. There were no paper towels or cleaning products except dish soap to maintain the apartment for a 2 week stay, until I requested them. There were no fresh linens to change the sheets either. I had to pull the pillowcases off the bed in the second bedroom when after a week, when the ones I slept on needed changed. There were no instructions for trash removal or anything else. I was unfamiliar with the coffee machine for example. The biggest issue was it took 2 access codes to enter first the building, then the floor to the apartment, then a lock box to access the key to enter. On day one I struggled to get them to operate and the motion detector light went out. The light switch next to the door didn't work. I turned around in the pitch black area and banged my face into a column and bruised my nose. The key never worked in the lock without over 40 seconds of fumbling. When I let the management company know, it took another day and half to send a technician who fortunately I knew enough Spanish to communicate with as he did not speak any English. Until he came I never knew if I would actually be able to re-enter the apartment every time I left. Leaving me anxious about not having access to my belongings. Also there were no instructions on how to operate the door leading in and out to the floor once you were inside and had to leave. The technician had to show me how to get out. The entire process was a big blow to my trip. If my phone died or was lost I was totally screwed.
