There are excellent hiking and biking opportunities in the beautiful surrounding area. Day trips to Świnoujście and Szczecin, as well as to the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee, are easily accessible. The Ostseetherme in Ahlbeck offers swimming fun even when the weather is bad.
