Disappointing stay; significant hygiene and maintenance issues.

The view and the block.

I am disappointed with my stay at this apartment. Unfortunately, the property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or functionality. Cleanliness Issues: Kitchen: The kitchen was in a poor state. We found dirty pots that we had to scrub ourselves before use. The drying rack next to the sink was covered in yellow stains and clearly had not been sanitized. The oven was full of food residue from previous guests, and the coffee machine was also left dirty, containing used grounds. The toaster was particularly unhygienic, with old, melted cheese inside. Appliances: The exterior of the fridge was dirty, and there was a leftover "color catcher" sheet left inside the washing machine. Bathroom: The shower floor was covered in yellow stains, making it feel very unsanitary. Amenities & Functionality: Lack of Basics: There were no basic essentials provided, such as coffee, sugar, or even paper towels. Maintenance: A ceiling lamp had been removed, leaving exposed cables (the fixture was found stored in the closet). The walls were covered in marks and scratches. Technology: While TVs were present, they were useless as there were no channels available. The internet connection was extremely poor, relying on a slow, unreliable SIM-card-based router that cut out every few minutes. This made it impossible to stream content or use basic internet services. Storage: The closet meant for guest use was completely filled with cleaning supplies, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, the apartment lacked the necessary care and attention required for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend it in its current state.

Not worth the money, better choices available in this price range

Nice building, good location, great view

Silverfish in the bathroom. Place not cleaned properly (found receipt from two months ago under the table and rubbish in the bedroom). Loose wires from lighting. No WiFi. Poor communication from landlord. No toiletries or tea/ coffee. Bedding and towels were not white, although they felt clean could not fully trust considering the rest of the apartment.

Do wytrzymania

8 / 10Excellent·May 2026
