Breakfast was great- lots of options and helpful staff
One of the lifts was temperamental and out of action a few days

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.
Confusing booking process and inconsistent information from staff. The room layout did not match what was discussed or shown online, and resolving issues took more time than it should have. Disappointing overall.
