The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. The main bathing towel was of a suitable size for most people (I am relatively large). The staff were understanding and always prepared to communicate things like "is it ok if I clean your roo?". They aslo helped me to order a taxi for my journey back to the airport, which was fantastic as I am a nervous traveller due to past experiences.
A communal fridge was very usefull and the property security was excellent with two turn locks fitted to each room door. They also provided good service to people with dissabilities (both hidden and visible).
