Located 200 meters from Lake Balaton, this newly renovated vacation home in 8600 Siófok on Silver Beach (Eszüstpart) at Csobánc Utca 1/A can accommodate up to 8 people.
It consists of 2 small, self-contained apartments.
Apartment 1 on the first floor for 4 people:
2 bedrooms
each with 2 double beds (180x200 cm) featuring extra USB ports and colored LED backlighting, as well as 2 flat-screen TVs and closets
a bathroom with natural light, shower, sink, storage space; the toilet is in a separate room with an exhaust fan.
Kitchen-living room with a table and 4 chairs, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, small convection oven, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, dishes, etc., and a dishwasher
Terrace with a table, additional seating area, and a lounge chair.
Apartment 2 on the same floor for 2–4 people
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) featuring extra USB ports and colored LED backlighting.
1 living/dining kitchen with 2 induction burners, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.
2 daybeds/sofas, cabinets, table, chairs, and flat-screen TV.
