The house is in a quiet location, right on the boardwalk and beach.
From Forum Marinar, you have an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the inland region, rich in forests and lakes. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping are all within walking distance. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to the pier. A free parking space is available at the house.

From the living room, this apartment offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea across the car-free beach promenade. As a duplex, the apartment spans two floors and is easily accessible from the parking lot via the elevator.
The entryway with a coat closet is located on the second floor. From here, you can access the dining area, the open kitchen, the guest restroom, and the bright and spacious living room. The double-panel panoramic window with a French balcony opens wide, allowing you to enjoy the sea up close. A sliding door separates the living room from the hallway and the other rooms when needed. The separate dining area, which faces Schloonsee, features a large, floor-to-ceiling window facing south.
Thanks to the high-quality and comfortable double fold-out bed in the living room and the guest restroom with a large sink next door, the apartment is also well-suited for four people.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and other appliances. The storage room, which is directly accessible, contains a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave.
The comfortably furnished bedroom on the first floor, featuring a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet, is accessible via the straight staircase inside the apartment. The adjacent bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, hair dryer, and Miele washing machine, leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment is lovingly furnished and was recently renovated. Amenities include, among other things, two flat-screen cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, as well as a stereo system with a CD player. Our free Wi-Fi is available to you during your stay.
Children are very welcome here. However, we’d like to point out to families with small children that there is an internal staircase leading downstairs. The apartment is non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay with us.
