This light-filled, newly furnished, and newly built vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—all to yourself. With spacious windows, two cozy bedrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, and two sunny terraces, the house is perfect for couples, friends, families, and business travelers.

Our newly built vacation home is situated in a quiet and idyllic location in Upper Swabia at the foot of the Bussen—an ideal starting point for nature lovers, those seeking relaxation, and explorers.
What to expect:
1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed
1 comfortable connecting room with a table and a high-quality sofa bed—ideal for children, traveling companions, or as a workspace
Additionally: A pull-out couch in the living room that can be used as an additional sleeping space if needed
A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and natural light
A large, open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen
2 spacious terraces – a sheltered terrace in the back, a spacious one with a view and plenty of sun in the front
Large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere, and the stylish furnishings combine comfort with modern architecture

For bookings for 1–2 people, one bedroom is provided as standard. Use of the second bedroom and the provision of a crib are possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
