The home offers plenty of space with five bedrooms- one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, two queen bedrooms, and two king bedrooms. A sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space. Entertainment is easy in the lower-level game room, featuring a pool table, foosball, and a wet bar, along with a laundry room for added convenience.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).
PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.
WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are several things that should be improved.The biggest surprise was that the property uses well water with a very strong sulfur smell, which was not disclosed in the listing. The odor was so strong that our kids didn't want to brush their teeth or bathe. We understand well water is common, but this should be mentioned so guests know what to expect.The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept disconnecting, making it difficult to monitor our baby's camera.The living room sofas were worn and broken, the enclosed porch was dusty, the outdoor porches were covered in cobwebs, and we found mouse droppings in the Lazy Susan cabinet.We were also not provided with linens or towels for the pullout sofa.Lastly, we didn't appreciate the hot tub being tested or the lawn being mowed during our stay. Maintenance like this should be scheduled before guests arrive or after they leave whenever possible.We hope this feedback is helpful and helps improve future guests' experiences.
