Our house is open, bright, and invites you to linger. In addition to seven cozy apartments with different floor plans and twelve rooms of various categories, as well as open spaces for retreat, you’ll find:
* a lovingly furnished library for browsing and relaxing
* a small café with space for socializing
* two communal kitchens, ideal for cooking together
* fresh bread daily from the local bakery—just pre-order
* a bright children’s playroom with games for young and old alike
* Washer and dryer available for shared use for a fee
Right outside the door is a spacious garden, perfect for quiet mornings, sunny afternoons, or inspiring conversations outdoors. And for those looking to cool off: The Leutascher Ache stream flows below the house and invites you to dip your feet in during the summer.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail starts right across the street, and the winter hiking trails are also perfectly groomed. The entrance to the wild and romantic Gaistal Valley—a true natural gem—is just a few minutes away. Leutasch itself is still considered an insider’s tip in Tyrol: spacious, quiet, authentic, and pure nature... shhh!
