About this house rental
Pleasant quiet village house, ideal for family or friends gatherings!
It offers 4 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen, an open office with a sofa bed (5th bedroom possible), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a shaded terrace, a pretty little wooded courtyard, a 2mx3m above-ground swimming pool, with filtration pump (from June 27th to September 6th).
Very high speed fiber connection.
Provencal village in the middle of a landscape of lavender, vineyards, maquis... about twenty minutes from beautiful swimming in the river.
The house sleeps 11 people in the 4 bedrooms, the living room and the office.
8 adult beds:
- 4 double beds 140x190 cm
- 1 single bed 190x80 cm
- 1 single bed 190x90 cm
- 2 sofa beds 190x70 cm.
3 children's beds:
- 1 toddler bed 160x70 cm
- 1 toddler bed 120x60 cm (0-3 years old)
- 1 crib 85x40 cm (0-6 months)
Baby equipment: 2 high chairs, changing table and mat, 2 baby baths, 4 stair safety gates, children's chairs and sofa, potty, toys. For parents: hand blender, mini-chopper, blender.
Large library and a nice selection of films (plan to bring a DVD player). Books and toys for children from 0 to 12 years old.
Independent room on the first floor (former vaulted cellar), converted into a lounge-games room. Can also be used as a rehearsal room for musicians (good soundproofing), a writing room, a cool area...
Household linen (sheets, bath and towels, dish towels and bath mats) is provided. Cleaning is included, but it is requested to leave the house in a good condition.
Traveller access
All accommodations are accessible except cellar n°2.
Please note for people with reduced mobility.
There is a floor to climb by an external staircase to access the first level of the accommodation (kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom 1, toilet 1, bedroom 1, terrace). A second internal staircase leads to the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom 2, toilet 2 and the office.
Some rooms do not have shutters but semi-blackout curtains. For those who need absolute darkness to sleep, bring a sleep mask.
Mosquito nets in all rooms.
Fan in each room.PGJyPg�PGJyPgBedding and linen hygiene:
- Bed linen (100% cotton), towels (100% cotton) and dish towels are washed at 60° with hypoallergenic detergent + linen disinfectant (Santol type).
- Bed throws, made of cotton or linen, are also washed between each rental.
