Welcome to the Sonja Vacation Home at Lauxmühle.

The town of Sehmatal, comprising the districts of Sehma, Cranzahl, and Neudorf, is located between Annaberg-Buchholz and the spa town of Oberwiesenthal.

Your vacation home, featuring an approximately 80 m² apartment, is located in Neudorf next to the “Lauxmühle,” a grain mill built in the 18th century and powered by water.
Right on the property is an entrance to the Bimmelbahn hiking trail, which runs from Cranzahl to Oberwiesenthal directly alongside the narrow-gauge railway.

Vacation home with terrace (80 m²):

You can reach the non-smoking apartment on the first floor of the house via a staircase—a stair lift is also available if needed.

The kitchen and living room are furnished in a typical home style.

The large bedroom features a double bed and a spacious closet. An additional sleeping arrangement for two people is possible here on a sofa bed.
The room serves as a walk-through. From there, you can access the second, smaller bedroom with two twin beds. There is also space for an additional guest on a sofa bed for one adult.

The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower stall, and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room.
There is a parking space right next to the house, as well as a terrace for guests’ use. Wi-Fi is available.

Bicycles can be stored upon request, and there are also 2 bikes available for rent. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.



On-site fees: A 100% prepayment may be charged after booking.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out is available between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A high chair for children can be provided free of charge upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.The visitor’s tax of €1.50 per person per night (children ages 6–17: €0.75 per child per night) will be charged separately on site.Additional information: This is a non-smoking apartment. The price includes an initial supply of bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels, as well as Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The guest tax must be paid separately on-site. In exchange, you will receive a guest card per person offering discounts on various attractions in the area. A parking space and a barbecue area are available free of charge right next to the house. Upon request, bicycles can also be stored or rented (2 available).
