Disappointing and not worth the money

It was walking distance to food places and it was clean

The check in process was horrid. The bed was thin and uncomfortable.

The location to the convention center was the only good thing from this stay and experience

The bed is not a bed, it’s a low cot. The sofa bed is not a sofa bed as well. Be careful booking as well, I along 6 with 5 families booked her looking forward to the amenities They had remodeling on the work/office space floor and we were unable to use it. They also charged me for extra cleaning and had no proof or pictures but a message saying their cleaners needed more time as we left the space a little messier. We are not those type of people and we live and leave in a clean environment leaving it the best we can. There was no other messages or attempts but 1 through booking to let me know about this and that was it. Prior to this they would email or even text to communicate with us, but the time they want to make extra money they just charge our card.

My reservation was approved, my money was taken, and hours later I was told I wasn’t eligible—with no explanation.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at the property. The listing appeared appealing, and the location seemed suitable for my needs. However, my reservation was canceled before I had the opportunity to experience the property itself.

My reservation was canceled after I had already completed the booking process, submitted all requested information, and received confirmation that my reservation was active. The property confirmed my reservation around 6:00–6:30 AM, giving every indication that everything had been approved and finalized. However, around noon, as I was literally preparing to leave and head to the property, I was informed that I was suddenly considered “ineligible” through a screening process. No one was willing or able to explain what criteria I supposedly failed to meet. I repeatedly requested clarification and was only told that the decision was system-generated and that no further details could be provided. The timing of this cancellation created a major inconvenience. With only a few hours’ notice, I was forced to scramble to find alternative accommodations. This was not a minor disruption—it completely altered my plans and created unnecessary stress that could have been avoided had the screening process been completed before confirming the reservation. I was told I would receive a full refund, but that was not an adequate solution given the circumstances. Refunds can take 5–7 business days to process, meaning guests may suddenly find themselves without accommodations while also having their funds tied up and unavailable for immediate rebooking. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. As a guest with a positive booking history, I was never given a reason for the denial, an opportunity to address any concerns, or any explanation beyond being told I was “ineligible.” Future guests should be aware that a reservation may be confirmed, remain active for hours, and then be canceled with little notice and no meaningful explanation provided.

Cute, clean apartment in downtown. It’s right next to the ASU downtown campus so there’s plenty of decent & semi healthy food options right near it. I stayed here for a work trip, it was perfect for that.

Bed was way too hard. Parking for the boulevard units is on the 7th floor of a very narrow garage so it takes about 5 minutes to get in and out of the garage.

The space was very nice, people were really friendly, and it is a great location to get to the conference center easily! The free parking was also amazing!

The internet wasn't working for me personally, but I wasn't in the room for a lot of the time so I was able to manage without it!
