You get what you pay for

Its good location and relatively cheap

Too hot inside the room and the fan is rubbish.

Be careful! Pictures looks much better than reality

Good location

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to poor communication and multiple technical issues. When I arrived around 9:00 pm, the entrance door was closed and nobody answered the bell. There were two WhatsApp numbers on the door, so I tried contacting both by message and phone. Only one person answered, and she told me she no longer worked there. Since no one came to help, I asked for assistance from the shop across the street. The shop owner kindly called them for me, and about 10 minutes later a man arrived to open the door. He opened it but seemed ready to leave without giving me any information. I had to ask him for the door code myself. I also asked for the Wi-Fi password, but he didn’t know it. Later, I contacted the number listed on Booking and they finally sent me the Wi-Fi details. The next day, the water was very cold, so I had to take a cold shower. While drying my hair, the electricity suddenly went out. I called the hotel, but no one responded. Again, the shop owner helped me and fixed the problem. At night, another issue happened with the door alarm. When I opened the door with the code, an alarm started making a loud noise saying “wrong alarm” and would not stop. I tried calling and messaging the hotel again, but nobody answered. After moving the black device on the door, the sound stopped, but then the door became blocked and I couldn’t open it. I was stuck inside with no assistance. I tried calling, sending WhatsApp messages, and contacting them through Booking, but received no reply. Overall, the lack of support, poor communication, and multiple problems with basic facilities (access, hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and alarm system) made my stay very stressful. I would not recommend this place unless they significantly improve their service and responsiveness.

Amazing!

The property looks exactly like in the photos; everything is clean and beautifully arranged. The apartment has a wonderful vibe. We’ll definitely come back soon.

Not clean, poor value for money, decent location

Good location

We stayed in the twin room with bathroom. Room had not been cleaned on arrival. It was then ‘cleaned’ but still remained dirty. The cleaning consisted of putting some new toilet paper in the bathroom, getting rid of rubbish, and changing the bottom sheet. When we requested the room be cleaned again, it was. but still not to a reasonable standard. The bathroom drains also smelled bad. Beds were also rock hard.

Chambre parfaite pour passer une nuit, en plein coeur de la médina de Rabbat ! Les hôtes sont très réactifs et la communication était fluide. L'emplacement du logement est idéal.

Un peu de bruit
