Good location, modern flat, but owner will ask you for safety deposit and will warn you before check in about taking you

Location was good, clean, modern flat

Internet instructions was wrong, this wifi instructions is behind the door, following instructions beside TV cost us 3 day without wifi, I had Spanish line but my husband and my daughter need wifi, little black bugs were everywhere , we use spray provided in the cabinet, but the owner seems can’t complain about anything else , asking for wifi seems made them tiered and I prefer not to say anything, she was writing about temper and temporal in her comments I prefer just enjoy beautiful Valencia.they are the only owner didn’t give us even 30minutes more for check out., check out at 10 am if you have kids or teenagers is little hard. and they didn’t return full amount of deposit it was $12 CAN , less than what I paid.

Amazing Valencia apartment

Even more spacious than the photos with high ceilings. Location amazing. Very clean and all amenities required. Wifi very good. Staff super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Florit Flats and this apartment in particular. Would 100% stay again.

Exceptional

Hosts were extremely helpful and lovely. Perfect location to both nightlife, the city, and the park etc. Apartment was clean and modern, with an exceptional view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend, and would love to return.

Great location and nice apartment but not accommodating at all!

it was a great location and good deal for the money

we arrived early and asked for a few hours earlier to check in, they would not let us in before 2pm, purr r flight was rescheduled to a late evening and they refused to let us stay even an hour past check out time of 10am. Disappointing

Great city with fabulous shops, restaurants and great architecture....... loved the Old Town

The bathroom had areas that required cleaning properly, and the television in the bedroom did not work, yet it is in the room

overall we had a great time and would recommend the apartment to stay in

modern, spacious, nicely decorated open planned living space with great kitchen. location is excellent and very close to a supermarket and the main sights. we didn’t use the balcony but it is a nice added feature. hosts were very responsive from the point we booked and also organised a taxi with a baby seat from the airport for us.

we visited at the start of March but was much colder inside than we expected. the apartment takes a very long time to warm up and actually never got to the requested temperature and as such the floors were cold throughout (would recommend bringing slippers if you stay outside the summer months!) you need to keep the keys in the apartment to maintain electricity and lights. if one person leaves the other person has to either come down (from the 3rd floor) and let them in the front entrance or do without electricity. for many this may not be an issue but because we had a 6 month old it was a little frustrating.

A great spot, and lovely apartment, but needs a bit more attention to detail.

The apartment was decorated nicely, the kitchen was very new and the location was brilliant, easy to get to lots of places. The host was very responsive and got back to us quickly, which was really convenient. The setup of the apartment is great, with rooms at one end and lounge at the other.

It was very cold. You had to use the same key to open the door as to keep the lights on - so when I had to go down to the front door to let someone in, I had to cut off the electricity in the apartment to avoid getting locked out. We asked for a travel cot and it was underneath a "storage bed" and impossible to find so we had to sleep in a bed together on the first night. The kitchen was not properly equipped - the pans were not induction pans but the hob was induction so they didn't work, There were only two wine glasses. The decor was lovely but a lot of the furniture was from ikea and like the kitchen equipment felt like an after thought.

Excellent apartment, our 2nd stay here and will definitely stay again!

Fantastic communication from hosts. Great interior design. Great layout and enough space to not be on top of each other. Good facilities. Balcony is cute! Location is awesome. Showers great. Lift access for disability/ shopping! Huge kitchen and new appliances.

Hmm... not much... NEED LARGER WINE GLASSES PLEASE!!!!! floors need a proper clean, gets very dusty so a broom/ hoover available would be good especially if you are beach goers like us. Would be nice to have a blanket rather than a throw in the beds.

Amazing place to stay!

Great location..huge apartment..super comfortable in everyway!

Little strange to to have to refill the soap dispensers and buy your own toilet paper when out...only there for 5 nights..thought it would be stocked up.

went away for a city break with friends. Valencia is lovely and so was the location.

fantastic location, lovely and clean, soundproofing was great as very quiet when doors and windows closed. would highly recommend.

recommendable place to stay in beautiful Valencia 🤗

Very pleasant apartment, nicely decorsted in a perfect spot in the old city with cafés, restaurants and shops. bedrooms are in the back away from the street. it is fully furnished.
