This expansive apartment accommodates up to six people and features three separate bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area, and a private sauna—perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. On the top floor, the charming Kaiser Vista awaits you—ideal for couples or solo travelers who value peace and privacy. This apartment features one bedroom, a private sauna, and—as a special highlight—a furnished panoramic rooftop terrace with a magnificent view over the rooftops of Reit im Winkl.

Welcome! The Kaiser Lodge is located right in the heart of Reit im Winkl. Just imagine: centrally located yet quiet, just a few steps from the bustling town hall square, and yet a place of serenity. The amenities are sure to make your heart race: 75 m² of living space featuring a cozy bedroom with a double bed over 180 cm wide and a living room with an additional 140 cm double bed. A fully equipped, modern kitchen, a bright bathroom with its own whirlpool tub (unfortunately only partially functional at this time), a private sauna, a balcony, and the highlight: A 35 m² furnished panoramic rooftop terrace, perfect for sunsets and unforgettable conversations under the stars. The decor captivates with its attention to detail: a romantic country house style, carefully selected fabrics, and antique furniture lend each room character and warmth. Special features that will warm your heart include a vegan-friendly environment (no animal products) and the fact that dogs are warmly welcome—after all, spending time with your four-legged companion is part of a perfect vacation. Also included are Wi-Fi, 1–2 parking spaces, bed linens and towels, final cleaning, a 24-hour emergency hotline, an office for all inquiries just a two-minute walk away, and guest cards with many benefits. The surroundings are enchanting: Reit im Winkl is considered one of Bavaria’s most beautiful Alpine villages, nestled among the Tyrolean and Chiemgau mountains. Nearby highlights include the Winklmoosalm with its large ski area, pristine mountain landscapes, crystal-clear lakes like the Weitsee, fantastic bike trails, varied hiking routes, and exciting via ferrata climbs.
