A charming and cozy two-story courtyard house with a garden and two private parking spaces; strategically located, it allows you to reach the city, the train station, and the highway (Lucca Est exit) in just a few minutes by car. You can relax in the private garden and use the barbecue provided.

La Casa dei Nonni is a typical Lucca courtyard house on two levels, with a separate entrance, located 2 km from the city walls of Lucca. On the first floor, the entrance opens into a comfortable living area with exposed beams and wooden furniture, including an extendable table, chairs, a spacious sideboard, and a chest; the space is completed by a fireplace (not in working order), a two-seater sofa bed, a smart TV, and a storage area with a closet. Adjacent to the living area is a small, functional kitchen equipped with the main appliances.
A terracotta staircase connects the first floor to the first floor, which features a charming sleeping area with a single bed and a single-person pouf bed that can be adjusted as needed; the distinctive master bedroom includes a large closet, nightstands, and a dresser. Both spaces also feature exposed beams and can be completely darkened thanks to the interior shutters on the windows.
Opposite the master bedroom is the bathroom with a shower, equipped with a washing machine.
Air conditioning is available on the first floor.
A fan is available on the first floor.
Independent heating.

All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.

The property features an outdoor area with a table and chairs, as well as a private garden area with a beach umbrella, a relaxation area, and a charcoal grill. The two areas are separate.
There is also parking space for two cars.

Linens are provided free of charge.

During their stay, guests are asked to follow the recycling schedule as indicated on the calendar posted in the property.

Quiet hours: begins at 11:00 PM, ends at 7:00 AM

You must submit a front-and-back copy of a valid ID for all guests staying at the property, including minors, for guest registration purposes, which is required by Italian law. The information on the documents must not be obscured. You will subsequently receive all the instructions for self-check-in and the unlock code for the outdoor safety deposit box to retrieve your keys. If we do not receive the required documents, you will not be able to access the property.

Tourist tax: 3.50 euros per person per night, for guests aged 14 and older. Maximum tax of 10.50 euros per person per stay.
