About this apartment rental
A comfortable four-room apartment in the Theresienthal neighborhood of the health resort town of Zwiesel, with over 100 square meters of living space. The ideal vacation rental for enjoying yourself and relaxing, or for an active vacation—even one that lasts a little longer. From the hallway, you have access to the bathroom (shower and bathtub), the guest restroom, and a niche in the hallway for a washer and dryer. The first bedroom features a romantic four-poster bed (180 cm wide), a closet, and seating. The luxury kitchen is centrally located in the apartment: electric stove with a large ceramic cooktop, Klarstein range hood, fully automatic coffee machine, oven, and steam cooker. A dining table seats five people. Access to the balcony. During the colder months, you can stoke the kitchen stove and cook on it! The kitchen leads to the second bedroom, which features a double bed (180 cm wide) and seating. You can also step out onto the balcony from here; on the other side of the kitchen is the living room with a cozy sitting area, from which you have a view of the TV or the wood-burning stove. In the third bedroom, a bunk bed accommodates two additional guests, and a small desk can be used, for example, for working online. A closet provides ample storage space. On the balcony, which spans over twenty square meters and faces southwest, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Bavarian Forest: views of Rabenstein, the Hennenkobel, and the town of Zwiesel. A dining area makes watching the sunset on warm summer evenings a special experience. Two teak chairs can be folded out into loungers. The large hazelnut bush or a parasol provides shade. So do the sliding shutters, which give the apartment a Mediterranean flair on hot summer days. At the back of the apartment, a second terrace serves as a retreat for relaxing. Parents with small children are responsible for ensuring that no accidents occur due to the bunk bed or the balcony railing. We want you to stay! For this reason—and also due to the tight staffing situation—the minimum stay is 3 nights. The deposit is 100% of the room rate. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: Starting in 2026, the tourist tax will be included in the price. You’ll receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
