Bicycle storage is available in a lockable bike container directly behind the house. Final cleaning is included in the price. Shopping (Edeka, approx. 500 m), the town center, spa clinics, the graduation tower, and hiking trails are all within walking distance. It is approximately 1,000 m to the Saale Cycling and Hiking Trail and the starting point of the Saale Wine Trail.

On-site costs: A prepayment equal to the total amount will be charged after booking. You will be provided with the bank account details separately. The applicable visitor’s tax will be charged separately by the landlord. Occupancy of the apartment is permitted only for the number of people booked or registered. Over-occupancy of the apartment will automatically result in the cancellation of the contract. Hosting bachelor parties or similar celebrations is not permitted.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is due by 11:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax is €3.00 per night per person aged 16 and older and €1.50 for children aged 6 to 15, year-round. The tourist tax is charged separately by the landlord in addition to the rental price.
