About this house rental
I renovated this old farmhouse with thick stone walls this year. We have a large courtyard where you can park everything—bicycles, cars, boats, etc. On the first floor, there is a bathroom and a large room that used to be a cow barn. On the first floor, there is a large terrace with a view of the mountains. Here, inside the house, you’ll find the living-dining-kitchen area, the bathroom, and one bedroom with a double bed. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has a double bed and a view of the mountains, the olive grove, or Arco Castle. Two of the bedrooms open onto the courtyard. The house’s thick walls help maintain a comfortable temperature, both in summer and winter. You can bike directly to the lake through narrow alleys that serve as both walking and biking paths. The restaurant La Grotta is right in town, but you can also walk to San Alessandro in 5 minutes to grab a meal or pick up some bread rolls. The house’s location is perfect for exploring the region—whether you want to go hiking, climbing, sailing, surfing, or mountain biking, you can get anywhere quickly.
