Upstairs features a cozy lounge with a large sectional and Smart TV with Telus Optik. Downstairs you’ll find a second lounge with a comfy couch, another Smart TV, and a games area with a wall-mounted Ms. Pac-Man machine, board games, books, and a twin daybed that doubles as seating during the day.

Fully stocked and set up for real cooking with a fridge, oven, stove, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, Keurig, tea, and a full coffee bar. You’ll also find plenty of cookware, utensils, and extras for longer stays.

🛁 Bathrooms
Upstairs offers a tub and rainfall shower combo, while the downstairs full bath has a stand-up shower. Both include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer.

🧺 Laundry
Located in the downstairs mechanical room, the laundry area includes a washer and dryer with detergent provided.

🧺 We provide a starter pack of essentials so you can settle in without a trip to the store. This includes a stocked coffee station, cooking oil, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and more. For longer stays, nearby grocery stores make restocking easy, or we can arrange a convenient restocking service for you.

🌿 Outdoor Space
Enjoy a fully fenced backyard with patio seating and an outdoor fire pit. Firewood is not included but can be provided on request. There is no BBQ at this home. Great for pets and relaxing evenings outdoors. Free private driveway parking included.

🏡 About This Home
PowerUp is an older bungalow with an updated interior, not a new build. You may notice age in the doors, trim & basement. Recent work includes basement ceiling & trim repairs and a professionally cleared sewer line (September 2026). There is no BBQ, no central AC, and the garage is not available to guests.

🎥 Security & Monitoring
For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, back door, and driveway. There are no indoor cameras.
