Serious cleanliness and management issues - STAY AWAY
I am writing this review to share my experience in a factual and transparent way so that future guests can make an informed decision.
I arrived at the property during the night and found that the apartment had not been properly cleaned or prepared for a new guest. Several elements indicated that the previous stay had not been adequately serviced.
Specifically:
Bedding and pillows showed visible stains and discoloration.
The sofa and seating area had marks and signs of previous use.
Bed linens and covers contained hair and debris.
Kitchen surfaces and countertops were not properly cleaned.
Overall, the apartment did not meet basic hygiene and hospitality standards.
These were not minor or isolated issues. They were consistent across multiple areas of the property and suggested a lack of professional cleaning before arrival.
In addition, I contacted the property 48 hours before arrival to arrange bed sheets, as required by the listing. I was informed shortly before arrival that no bed sheets were available. This indicates poor planning and lack of basic guest preparedness.
Due to these combined hygiene and service failures, I did not feel comfortable staying in the apartment and had to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation.
I reported the situation to Booking.com and provided photographic evidence.
This review is not written out of emotion but out of concern for future guests. Cleanliness, basic amenities, and proper communication are fundamental requirements in any accommodation, and unfortunately, in this case, they were not met.
Based on this experience, I do not believe this property currently meets the standards that guests expect when booking through a professional platform. I strongly recommend that Booking.com and the property management review this listing and its operational procedures before allowing further reservations.

Я заплатил за номер 3700 евро за 4 дня . В аппартаментах нет ничего ни белья и не мыла не шампуней . Ужасный аппартамент . Мне пришлось снять на 2дня номер в отеле Carolina за 1300 в сутки это 5 звезд а здесь я заплатил 925 в сутки и жить там не возможно . Очень плохой аппарт . Не снимайте его
