The secluded location in a back courtyard of the main road just in the middle of downtown (bars, shops, restaurants, beach, clubs, mini markets, all just one step outside the door of the hotel!) with a lovely lush green courtyard, and individual terraces for each room with a view on the garden made it an incredible oasis of peace and tranquility in the middle of the bustling downtown Phuket. I had great sleep! The room was spacious, bright, with a nice vegetal decoration on the wall, with a big bathroom, with good AC, Wi-Fi, fridge, and kettle. It was very clean. The staff was great, very helpful and kind, ready to help and assist in all possible ways - special mention to Joy for the morning shift (especially very helpful with laundry - excellent service - and late check out during a heavy storm) and Yai for the night shift, for his good advice on buses and excursions, and his availability to assist on minor matters despite being late. Excellent value for money, I will come back!
Nothing. All was extremely good!
