Very friendly and responsive staff, especially MayLing and Victoria who are our assigned housekeeper.
Love the fantastic views from my room. Appreciate that the hotel provides to & fro transport to main tourist belt. Also, DIY laundry is available which is a big Plus!

It was all great and I had no complaints.

The location next to the subway was great
The rooms are not clean enough, they need to employ professional workers for this not elderly ladies who only change bedsheets and towels.
