Do not book with this company!

The security staff at both complexes (read my review for explanation) who are unrelated to the company and the location

Easily the worst booking experience I've ever had. If you're considering booking any of this company's properties, I implore you to read this review. TL;DR: we ended up not staying at this apartment at all because they didn't get it ready in time for us. We had to move to another flat owned by the company. Communication during this process was absolutely horrible, and the new flat was a very substantial downgrade (and that's an understatement) over the one booked. We arrived at the property an hour before check-in and left our luggage at the complex to go walk around the area until it was ready. While we were out the company informed us that the cleaning team "experienced a delay" and we wouldn't be able to check in on time (that's 20 minutes before we were supposed to), and offered us to move to another flat. Seeing as we already left our luggage at the complex and didn't mind exploring the neighborhood further, we informed them we would like to wait for this flat to be ready. We heard no further from them until 3 hours later(!) when we came back to the complex and saw that the flat still hasn't been cleaned. It is only after contacting them ourselves at this time that we were informed the flat wouldn't be cleaned AT ALL that day, and we HAVE to move to another complex. Getting a hold of them during this was a nightmare, and communicating with them I'm English even worse. If not for the lovely security crew of the complex (which is unrelated to the company) I don't know what we'd have done. The alternative property we eventually stayed at was a very substantial downgrade over the one we booked in terms both of size (much smaller), features and amenities (lacked a living, dining and working space and a large balcony with a view, all of which the original property had) and the complex itself (the original had a gym, swimming pool and more, none available at the alternative).

AVOID. NO ELECTRICITY.

NO ELECTRICITY THROUGHOUT MY STAY: no working kitchen, no internet, no charging devices. Nothing. Messaged them but didn't help at all. Plus, location is bad. Asked for a refund, none provided.

Volteria a me hospedar.

Chegou aa derreter. Foi retirado e não substituído.
