lovely location. easy to reach by foot from the central train station. surrounded by shops and restaurants. enjoyed the balcony and spa bath. the bed was okay but the pillows were great. everything was as promised and easy to arrange, plus the host offered a bunch of local recommendations.
no big deal but the sensor in the bathroom was loud and a little annoying. didn't love the tiny soaps either, though i understand they are probably cost effective.

The room was clean & modern. The location was excellent for the waterfront, the train station & the Ballaro market.
Our room was above a grocery store and there seemed to be a lot of noise from the garbage area next to that store.

The young man who greeted us into the apartment was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen area was better than most we have come across .. very modern and well equiped. Aircon very efficient, reasonable view, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location, near the train station, adjacent to large supermarket, shops and restaurants.
The rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful man who was sitting (engrossed on his phone) at the main, ground floor reception when we first arrived. Certainly not the best first impression ... he was nothing to do with our apartment management, however. Also, there are so many steps from the front door to the lift. For some, this would be difficult.

We actually got there and this apartment did not meet our expectations and we didn't stay there. We were looking for a different location. The staff treated us fine, they helped us with our bags.

"Everything was absolutely perfect. A welcoming host, the room was spotlessly clean and the location is close to the city centre and train station."
