Dorénavant, pour des déplacements professionnels, je m'orienterai vers des hôtels fiables.

Etablissement à bannir pour un voyage professionnel. L’hôte refuse de délivrer une facture conforme, rendant impossible tout remboursement de frais professionnels. Cette demande a été formulée le jour de mon départ. Malgré une tentative de médiation via le support Booking, l’hôte a maintenu son refus. Suite à cela, j’ai recontacté l’hôte directement. Les échanges ont alors pris une tournure totalement inacceptable : refus de répondre au motif que « nous sommes dimanche » et au cours desquels j’ai également subi un discours déplacé mettant en doute mes contraintes professionnelles, voire la réalité même de mon activité. Poursuite de la conversation par SMS au cours de laquelle, après avoir réitéré ma demande légitime de facture, j’ai reçu en réponse un émoji rieur. Par ailleurs, l’accès à l’établissement repose sur une application mobile à télécharger (ouverture des portes via Bluetooth) : il est donc nécessaire de s'assurer que notre téléphone a suffisamment de mémoire. Aucune information claire n’est fournie en amont quant à cette contrainte technique. À mon arrivée, le système ne fonctionnait pas : je me suis retrouvée bloquée devant l’établissement à 16h, sous la pluie. Contactée à ce moment-là, l’hôte a indiqué ne pas pouvoir m’assister car elle allait chercher son fils à l’école. Il est donc manifeste que l’assistance au client dépend de la disponibilité personnelle de l’hôte, ce qui est inacceptable dans un cadre professionnel. Le refus de délivrer une facture, les difficultés d’accès au logement, l’absence d’assistance effective lors d’un incident technique et le comportement inapproprié de l’hôte rendent cet établissement incompatible avec les exigences minimales attendues dans le cadre d’un séjour professionnel.

Les équipements sont très bons : Très bonne literie Douche impeccable Wifi excellent

2eme étage face à la rue, même si celle ci n’est pas très passante, ça reste bruyant. Le chauffage est derrière les rideaux, pas très pratique. Les rideaux bien que très occultants laissent passer un peu de lumière.

Les équipements sont très bons : Très bonne literie Douche impeccable Wifi excellent
