About this villa rental
In a listed site, the villa "Le ROC" clinging to the cliffs of Champeaux will offer you an exceptional view of the Bay of Mt St Michel.
The entrance opens onto the grounds of the property from which you can see the sea, and leads to the private parking of the house
A small path (30m) leads to the house below.
From the land too, you can access the old customs path which leads to the Vauban hut in Champeaux and continues on the cliffs to that of Carolles and further on, overlooking the Lude valley, various small wild paths start on the coast to make you discover the beach of Carolles.
This privileged corner of nature on the seafront, invites you to walk on the cliffs as well as on the beach, and brings you joy and serenity in an exceptional setting.
The small road below that leads to Sol Roc beach, accessible from the gate at the bottom of the property, allows you to discover the bay with its tides and gives the opportunity to learn to fish on foot at Sol Roc (cockle, clams, clams).
The house extended by a south-west facing terrace, will allow you to enjoy a friendly space facing the sea.
The house, due to its location, is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Home equipment:
- A large living room of 30m2 very bright with seven large bay windows opening onto a huge and magnificent landscape.
- a small independent kitchen with a large window overlooks the cliff on the east side
- A bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and toilet.

The surroundings:
- From the Bec d'Andaine you can cross the shores to Mt St Michel accompanied by a guide.
- In Avranches, the Scriptorial will invite you to discover the history of the Mont
- In Granville you can embark for the Chausey Islands or the Channel Islands, or visit the Anacreon and Christian Dion museums overlooking the city.
Conditions:
Rental is available from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday at 10 a.m.
and can be arranged according to availability.
A deposit of 300€ will be required on arrival.
A cleaning fee of €60 will be applied.
