About this apartment rental
This 110-square-meter apartment sleeps up to 10 people. It is very charming, featuring exposed brick walls, a fireplace, and a wood-burning stove. It overlooks the courtyard and features a beautiful 30-square-meter porch out front. At the back, next to the wood-fired oven, a pergola shades a table where you can eat and cook outdoors.
Inside, there are two double bedrooms; in the living room, two double sofa beds and extra beds as needed; a full bathroom; a large kitchen; and a spacious living room with distinctive rainbow-colored beams and a hi-fi system.
A place for gathering and self-expression, a welcoming oasis where creativity is encouraged and where anyone can let their imagination run free.

His sculptures often draw on symbolism, such as the “Astronomical,” “Astrological,” and “Religions” series that adorn the outdoor spaces and contribute to the search for inner peace between art and nature. Nature plays a central role here, as the view of the Marche countryside is truly enchanting, and letting yourself be swept away by the green backdrop of the hills is certainly a wonderful way to relax.
Given its ideal location, it’s easy to visit Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro, Fano, and Ancona… all of which are less than an hour away.
Hiking and walking in the countryside, exploring the surrounding area on country roads that wind through the hills, branching off into trails along hedgerows, ditches, and plowed or cultivated fields. Of course, there’s the sea, just 15 minutes away, and the mountains, a few kilometers away, as well as dozens of small villages.
A simple, accessible natural setting, even for our animal friends, who can play freely in the area. Casale Civetta is a typical rural building from the Marche region, set within a wooded park featuring a children’s playground, an organic vegetable garden, and farm animals.
It offers self-contained accommodations.
