The property consists of two buildings, each divided into 7 apartments with a kitchen, bathroom, one or two bedrooms, and a private entrance. It can accommodate up to 28 guests. It also features a large common room with a kitchen, tables, and chairs for about 30 people—ideal for groups of families or friends who can enjoy the privacy of their own apartment while still dining and spending time together during the day in a spacious setting. During the summer, guests can enjoy two pools—a standard pool and a hot tub—surrounded by a large sun deck with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and sunbeds. For children, there’s a dedicated play area in the shade of olive trees. Relaxation area, ample parking, furnished porches, and a barbecue…. everything you need for a pleasant vacation! The property is open year-round, located in a very quiet hilly area in the open countryside, with a beautiful view. You can relax surrounded by nature, yet it’s conveniently located for getting to shopping areas or for both mountain and seaside excursions
