The apartment is located in a resort complex in the town of Parghelia, a short distance from Tropea. The complex, which is exceptionally well-maintained and surrounded by greenery, features a beautiful swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the sea. The complex is accessed via a private road that leads to the top of the hill overlooking the sea and Tropea. Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands frame this unique landscape, and at sunset, it feels as if you’re immersed in a painting.
The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a window and a shower. The kitchen opens onto a paved inner courtyard, where you can have lunch during the hottest part of the day, and a charming little garden shaded by a pergola covered in bougainvillea and grapevines, from which you can enjoy spectacular views of Tropea, Stromboli, and the sea, while comfortably seated at the dining table.
Guest Access
A car is required to reach the complex, as well as to reach the town and the nearest beach (Michelino). Access is via a private road, closed off by gates.
