Ideally located, you are less than an hour from Aix-en-Provence, Toulon, and the beaches of Hyères. The accommodation: This double villa with 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are air-conditioned, will surprise you with its brightness, spacious rooms, and panoramic views of the Loube mountain and the swimming pool. From the living room, you have direct access to a 300m2 terrace with its large, fully equipped pool house and the 10x5m swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and features a fireplace. Five bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and a mezzanine (queen-size sofa bed) with a desk area equipped with a printer. A 1.2-hectare park, hammocks, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and bicycles are available free of charge. Shiatsu treatments, yoga therapy, and sauna are available on-site for an additional fee. The entire property and the swimming pool are dedicated to travelers seeking peace and reconnection with nature. We live on-site and sometimes enjoy the pool discreetly. We also maintain the pool. We also have a Schweppelin dog who is very sociable and affectionate. The 1.2-hectare park can accommodate certain wellness workshops (yoga, Qi Gong, etc.) unless you request their private use (at an additional cost), and we can offer personalized workshops or wellness services if you wish. You can also take advantage of your stay to participate in the wellness activities offered at the Domaine. Guest access: Although surrounded by nature, our neighbors are 100 meters from the property, and we do not allow noisy parties with continuous music all day and evening. Techno music is prohibited, and bringing outside sound equipment (microphones, speakers, mixing consoles, etc.) is not permitted. A Bose speaker is available on site. On the other hand, we gladly welcome personal and professional events that respect the peace and quiet of the place and the neighborhood. We allow music at a reasonable volume during the day and in the evening until 10:30 pm. If you wish to organize an event and/or do not want any wellness events during your stay, a separate quote at a competitive rate will be provided for the use of the facilities (100m² marquee, 40m² stage, etc.) and equipment (tables, chairs, dishes, tablecloths, high tables, etc.). Please feel free to clarify the nature of your stay so we can best accommodate you and meet your expectations while respecting the Domaine's internal regulations. Other remarks: SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The double villa sleeps 19, and the rental price is for 15 people (at Beyond that, there is a supplement of €20/person/night). That being said, you can accommodate 20 people in total (i.e., 5 day guests without supplement). If you need extra sleeping space, we have a comfortable 20m² wooden chalet/treatment cabin with air conditioning that can be used as extra sleeping space for €35/night + €50 cleaning fee. POOL The pool has a heat pump which allows it to be heated, but we do not encourage its use for ecological reasons. However, if you wish to operate the heat pump, this will incur an additional charge calculated based on the temperature difference to be compensated for, and we will also inform you of the estimated time to reach the desired temperature. WELL-BEING Well-being services (massages, shiatsu, etc.) and other leisure activities are available on-site, subject to availability and at an additional cost. A key box is available on-site.
