About this apartment rental
The Oas is a small, cozy ground-floor apartment for 2 people, 33 m², featuring plenty of wood and a simple design, with an open-concept bedroom that includes a box-spring bed and a TV, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, and combination oven, a shower/toilet, and a covered terrace with a magnificent view of the Kanisfluh.
Welcome! The vacation home was completed in 2022. It was designed by Bregenzerwald architect Johannes Kaufmann and built by local companies.
The spruce wood used creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the vacation home.
The WALDner features 4 apartments with plenty of space for the perfect family vacation. Thanks to its ideal location, the mountain railways, shops, and the center of Mellau are all within a 5-minute walk.
The cross-country ski trail, which runs right past the house, is another plus. SUSTAINABILITY is a top priority at the WALDner; most of the electricity is generated by the property’s own solar panel system, heat is produced by the built-in air-source heat pump, and the on-site electric vehicle charging station also sets a great example.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
